GRILLED FRUIT KABOBS with TANGY LEMON YOGURT SAUCE
Combine ingredients, chilling an hour to blend flavours. THE KABOBS: Take chunks of your favorite fruit such as mangoes, bananas, peaches, whole strawberries, pineapple, etc. Thread them onto skewers. Mix together equal amounts of melted butter and honey. Brush over kabobs. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until hot and glazed, brushing occasionally with the honey-butter. Serve immediately with this lemony sauce.
