SPINACH ORANGE SALAD with CREAMY DRESSING

  • bags of large spinach leaves 2 - 10 oz. each
  • medium grapefruit, pealed and cut bite size 2
  • medium oranges, peeled and cut bite size 2
  • small red onion, sliced into rings 1
  • ORANGE ZESTO 1 tsp.

CREAMY DRESSING

  • mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice (bottled is fine) 1 1/2 tsp.
  • water 1 1/2 tsp.
  • chopped fresh oregano leaves 1 tsp.
  • red wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp.
  • cooking oil 1 1/2 tsp.
  • worcestershire sauce 2 tsp..
  • brown sugar packed 1 1/2 tsp.
  • LEMON ZESTO 1 tsp.
  • garlic clove, minced 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Toss.

Creamy Dressing: Combine all 9 ingredients in small bowl. Chill. Makes 3/4 cup dressing. Drizzle over salad. Toss to coat well. Serves 8 to 10
