SPINACH ORANGE SALAD with CREAMY DRESSING

bags of large spinach leaves 2 - 10 oz. each
medium grapefruit, pealed and cut bite size 2
medium oranges, peeled and cut bite size 2
small red onion, sliced into rings 1
ORANGE ZESTO 1 tsp.

CREAMY DRESSING

mayonnaise 1/2 cup
lemon juice (bottled is fine) 1 1/2 tsp.
water 1 1/2 tsp.
chopped fresh oregano leaves 1 tsp.
red wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp.
cooking oil 1 1/2 tsp.
worcestershire sauce 2 tsp..
brown sugar packed 1 1/2 tsp.
LEMON ZESTO 1 tsp.
garlic clove, minced 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Toss.

Creamy Dressing: Combine all 9 ingredients in small bowl. Chill. Makes 3/4 cup dressing. Drizzle over salad. Toss to coat well. Serves 8 to 10
