Whisk cornstarch and orange juice together in a bowl until the cornstarch dissolves. Stir in the remaining ingredients (including any options). Place the sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and gradually bring to a
boil, whisking constantly. Lower heat, simmer the sauce, whisking frequently until thick
and glossy (3-5 minutes). Serve hot. Fresh ginger among Oriental physicians, is reputed to be a good
remedy for: vomiting, motion sickness and fever. In India, children are given fresh ginger
tea for whooping cough. ARLENE'S HINT FOR NOVEMBER
Since my hands are numb and weak from MS I often have to find a way to accomplish simple, but tedious tasks, such as scrubbing veggies. Trying not to use my hands too much, which makes them worse, this is what I do: I wash potatoes, beets, carrots, cukes and other hard veggies in my automatic washing machine.
